besides The point that the crab was to the (really modest) aspect, many of us believed the sauce was really delightful! it wasn’t the type of black pepper crab that is rather dry. alternatively, it was a little more sauce-y than standard (although from your pic it doesn’t show up to have Considerably sauce in any way about the plate I am aware)
